In 2006, I set up my own law firm in Berlin. In 2017, I moved with my family to Flensburg, which has more to offer than just points (water & beer).
My clients come mainly from the creative industries. Here I advise on legal issues and draft / review contracts of all kinds. In addition, the defence or assertion of claims is the subject of my work.
What is the procedure for a mandate with me? In a non-binding preliminary discussion, I will clarify with you whether a mandate makes sense. We will discuss the opportunities, risks and probable costs. You can be billed according to the statutory fees, on an hourly basis or, in individual cases, according to a flat fee.
It is important for me to build up trust in my competence and my approach during the preliminary discussion. When working on your mandate, I coordinate the individual steps with you personally. I will send you written pleadings or draft contracts in advance.
In addition to my work as a lawyer, I am also a lecturer for various educational institutions. My approach is to present my expertise in a generally understandable way and with many practical examples.
Away from the law, I am passionate about listening to music, writing short stories and trying to save my slackening muscles at my desk by doing yoga, cycling or jogging.
